On Friday 8th March we celebrated World Book Day. The School Council helped to plan and organise competitions and activities to mark the day.
We have had some very creative entries for the Caught Reading competition and raised around £80 from Guess the Book Character Name of the Bear competition. All winners will be revealed on Monday!
The children enjoyed getting into mixed age groups to move around the school completing different activities celebrating books and Literacy. They completed quizzes, played games, danced, listened to stories, did some drama and used iPads to create puppet shows! It was a super day!
